Essentriq uses only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep your session safe. There are no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies on this website or in the product.

    Strictly necessary cookies

    • Session cookie: keeps you signed in. It is marked HttpOnly and Secure and expires when your session ends.
    • CSRF token: protects forms and sign-in from cross-site request forgery.

    Because these cookies are required for the service to work, no consent banner is shown. You can block them in your browser, but you will not be able to sign in.

    Local browser storage

    Inside the product we store a few preferences on your device, not on our servers: your recently opened records, your favourites in the sidebar, and accessibility choices such as reduced motion or larger text. Clearing your browser storage resets them.

    Third-party cookies

    If you sign in with Microsoft or Google, their sign-in pages set their own cookies under their own policies. If your organisation pays by card, Stripe's hosted checkout sets its own cookies. We do not place third-party cookies on essentriq.com ourselves.

    Analytics and advertising

    None. We do not run web analytics scripts, advertising pixels or session recording. If that changes we will update this page first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
